The Challenge

The automotive OEM had zero visibility into vehicle health after vehicles left the factory. Customer breakdown complaints were high, warranty costs were escalating year-on-year, and the engineering team had no real-time telemetry to diagnose field issues remotely. Each warranty claim required a physical inspection — a slow and expensive process.

Our Solution

We developed an end-to-end connected vehicle platform that collects real-time ECU and CAN Bus data via OBD-II modules, securely transmits it to AWS IoT Core, and processes it through Kafka streams. The analytics layer provides predictive maintenance alerts, remote fault diagnostics, and a fleet health monitoring dashboard. Engineers can now diagnose issues remotely before they cause breakdowns.
